The work is selective and relationship-driven. Each introduction is qualified twice — once for the asset, once for the investor. I source, I structure, I connect. Independent notaries, fiscal advisors, and legal counsel are introduced for each step. I do not develop, I do not advise on tax or law, and I do not hold client funds.

Four categories of deal flow, primarily structured under Indonesian law for Bali-based positions. Categories are not mutually exclusive — most investors operate across two or three over time. For mandates outside Indonesia, equivalent structures are used under the relevant jurisdiction.
